This hub (acsaven.com)

The parent landing is a static site. We do not ask you to upload files here. Standard hosting logs may be collected by Cloudflare (e.g. IP, user agent) for security and reliability. Theme preference (light, dark, or system) may be stored in your browser’s localStorage under acsaven-theme — it never leaves your device.

We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see how many people visit and how quickly pages load. This is a privacy-oriented measurement beacon: it reports aggregate page views and performance timings, and it does not use cookies to track you between visits or build a profile of you across sites. The source of this page does not embed an analytics token — Cloudflare injects the beacon at the edge because that setting is enabled for this domain, which is why you will see a request to static.cloudflareinsights.com in your browser’s network tab even though nothing in our code asks for it. Fonts, scripts and stylesheets are all served from acsaven.com itself.

One more, and we would rather name it than let you find it: the four product pages (TryQuickImg, TryDevSnip, TryCalculatingNow, TryTokka) show launch-directory badges, and those badge images load from api.producthunt.com, peerlist.io and postyourstartup.co. Loading an image sends your IP address and browser user-agent to that host, the same as any image on the web. No other page here does this, and no badge sets a cookie for us. This paragraph exists because the sentence above used to read “it is the only third-party request this hub makes”, which was not true once those badges were added.

This hub carries no advertising and no ad network code. If that ever changes, this page will say so before it does.

Tool ratings

This hub shows a "Was this helpful?" prompt in two kinds of places. On the About page, voting sends one word (Yes/No) to Acsaven's own anonymous counter — not tied to any account or visitor record. On a product's hub page (e.g. /tryquickimg/), voting sends that same single word directly to that product's own site (e.g. tryquickimg.com) — a cross-origin request from your browser, not routed through Acsaven servers. Either way, we store only a running total per tool (e.g. "230 yes, 12 no"), never a per-visitor record, and your browser remembers locally that you've already voted so it doesn't ask again.

If you join the email list

Signing up is optional everywhere it appears — nothing on this site is locked behind it, and the free downloads work without it. If you do sign up, we store your email address, the date you signed up, and which page you signed up from. Nothing else: no name, no IP address, no tracking pixel, and no profile built from what you read.

It is used only to email you occasionally about new free tools and guides from Acsaven. We do not sell, rent or share the list, and we do not use it for advertising. Your address is kept until you ask us to remove it — email [email protected] and it is deleted, no reason needed.

Rate-limiting the signup form uses a one-way hash of your IP address held in an expiring cache, so that check keeps no record identifying you and disappears on its own.

Children

India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 treats anyone under 18 as a child and, in section 9, requires a parent's verifiable consent before a child's personal data is processed, forbids tracking or behavioural monitoring of children, and forbids advertising targeted at them. The rules under the Act were notified in November 2025 and these duties become enforceable on 13 May 2027.

The email list is the one thing on this site that collects personal data, and it is for adults — by subscribing you confirm you are 18 or over. We ask nothing else and we verify nothing else, because demanding a date of birth from every visitor in order to find the children would create exactly the records this site is built to avoid. Everything else here — the guides, the free downloads, the AI spend tracker — runs in your browser or is served as a plain page, so there is no child's data to consent to.

This hub carries no advertising at all, so nothing here can be targeted at anyone, and it sets no cross-site tracking cookies. If you are a parent or guardian and a child has subscribed, email [email protected] and the record is deleted — no reason needed, and faster than the 30 days we allow ourselves for a grievance. You may escalate to the Data Protection Board of India if we get it wrong.

Who controls this data, and your rights

The controller for personal data processed through acsaven.com is Samson PG, operating the Acsaven brand family. Contact: [email protected]. Each Try product site names the same controller on its own privacy page.

What we rely on to process it. Serving and protecting these pages rests on our legitimate interest in running the site, and the same basis covers the cookieless traffic measurement described above. This hub carries no advertising; where a Try product does, ad cookies and identifiers there rest on your consent, collected by the consent tool that loads before any ad tag in regions requiring it, and withdrawable from that same tool.

How long. The free tools process in your browser, so there is no copy of your files or inputs here to retain or delete. Aggregate traffic measurement is retained by Cloudflare under their terms and is not linked to you. The rating totals are two running numbers per tool with no per-visitor record, and the "already voted" flag lives on your own device until you clear site data. That flag alone cannot stop one person voting repeatedly, so when you submit a rating we also store a SHA-256 hash of your IP address — never the address itself — as a cache entry that expires after 24 hours. The hash is taken under a secret key we rotate every day, so it cannot be worked backwards to your address, and yesterday’s entries cannot be matched against today’s — by us or by anyone else. It is not linked to the rating you gave, and nothing else on the site reads it.

Your rights. Where the GDPR applies you may request access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal data; ask us to restrict or stop processing it; object to processing based on legitimate interests; ask for a portable copy; and withdraw consent where processing relies on it. Where India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act applies you may request access and correction, ask for erasure, nominate another person to exercise your rights, and raise a grievance with us. Email the address above and we will respond within one month.

If we get it wrong. You can complain to your data protection supervisory authority — in the EU or UK the regulator for your country of residence, and in India the Data Protection Board. We would rather you told us first so we can fix it.
