These terms cover acsaven.com only — the studio hub. Each Try product is used under its own terms on its own site, linked below.
What this site is
acsaven.com is an informational hub: brand and product pages, a blog, a status page, and an index of the open datasets the Try products publish. No tools run here, there are no accounts, and nothing is sold on this domain. The tools themselves live on tryquickimg.com, trydevsnip.com, trycalculatingnow.com and trytokka.com, each with its own terms.
No warranty
This site and everything published on it, including the datasets and blog posts, are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Samson PG and the site operator do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, nor fitness for a particular purpose. The datasets are compilations with citations, not authoritative sources: figures are checked by hand against the issuing authority and dated, but requirements and rates change without notice. Confirm anything consequential against the cited source before relying on it.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Samson PG and the operator of Acsaven are not liable for any damages arising from use of this site or reliance on anything published here, including the datasets.
Reuse
The datasets are published under CC BY 4.0 — reuse them with attribution. Site copy, brand names and logos are not covered by that licence. See how to cite Acsaven.

These terms may be updated. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
Governing law
Acsaven is operated by Samson PG. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence, courts of competent jurisdiction in India have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms.
